Finally, security asked if we were waiting for a shuttle, then said the driver is on an hour lunch break. We ordered a shuttle via Hotel front desk, from the Casino. They have a shuttle that is efficient however the front desk is not aware of scheduled lunch breaks, etc. They should never recommend a Guest use it all but mostly at night. They instead told us to use the ground walk which had bug zappers, etc. They didn't know what floor the skywalk connects to the building. The staff needs to be retrained on details about the casino as well the hotel layout. The beds and covers are in need of replacing. The Hotel is cheaper if you book with them directly. About 85% of it's visitors are African American as well as the staff. You win some, but lose more if you don't leave with the little you won. Very appealing to an Older crowd who like to gamble without all they glitz and glamor of lights and Singing machines. The place is like most older casinos Dark,gloomy, but comfortable. They also have Several Live black jack dealers. Up to date Keno, Cleopatra and various Keno machines with sound and speed adjustments.
